Mr. Patel has played a key role in successfully building 5 properties from initial planning to opening, including evaluating the market feasibility and financial performance of a proposed hotels. He has been responsible for full strategic planning, business development and profit/loss management. He has grown H&H Hotels into a leading management companying encompassing multiple franchise brands.
Mrs. Patel has over 20 years experience in the lodging industry and a vast knowledge of operations. She oversees the day to day operations and performance of H&H Hotels portfolio. Her responsibilities include management and direction of property general managers, implementation of both franchisor and H&H Hotels mandated training programs and assistance with sales and marketing efforts.
Beena has over twenty years experience in the hospitality industry with expertise in hotel operations, management and risk control encompassing loss prevention and insurance matters. Her areas of responsibility include new hotel openings and oversight of properties. Her team building, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills play a key role in the company’s evolving culture and core values.
Mrs. Zayatz joined H&H in 2012 as the General Manager of the Hampton Inn & Suites in Littleton, CO. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in hospitality from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mrs. Zayatz spent many years with La Quinta Inn & Suites in different roles including AGM, regional trainer and GM. She has also managed many Marriott and Hilton branded hotels. Mrs. Zayatz most recently oversaw the opening of the new Fairfield Inn & Suites in Downtown Denver. As Director of New Hotel Openings she is responsible for all pre-opening phases, development and implantation of H&H strategies for revenue generation, market share performance and net operating income.
Joan has been instrumental in our strategic growth plan and building the infrastructure of H&H Hotels. Her focus has been on standards of operations, revenue enhancement, profitability, training and human resources. She is a trusted advisor with expertise in all aspects of hotel management and development.
